Many houses take their water catchment off the roof. That is a perfectly good supply but it is not a treated one. What lands on the roof ends up in the tank, and what is in the tank ends up at the tap.

The right filter system depends entirely on what you are actually dealing with, which is why we start by asking the right questions. Sediment, taste and odour, staining and biological contamination are four different problems with four different answers, and a filter that fixes one will do nothing at all for another.

Filters need servicing, and that is the part people forget

A cartridge that has not been changed stops helping and eventually starts hurting. It blocks, pressure drops, and a neglected filter housing can become the dirtiest thing in the line. We will tell you the change interval for what we install and can come back and do it.
